Breathing Workshop to Decrease Stress & Improve Wellness
Hosted by Melissa from Zoetic Wellness, this workshop will teach you how to implement breathing techniques to reduce stress in the workplace and at home. Participants will learn an introduction to utilizing breathing exercises and breath awareness to decrease the stress response in the body. These strategies will help promote relaxation, improve your mood and enhance your overall health.
Melissa Wohlberg has been an Integrative Health Physical Therapist for 14 years and a Yoga Teacher for 3 years. Melissa founded Breathe Free Physical Therapy & Yoga in 2020 to bring her multifaceted approach to rehabilitation to the greater community. She currently runs virtual workshops for Stress Reduction as well Chronic Pain & Arthritis in addition to her individual treatments.
