Exercises for Strength, Flexibility, & Balance
Hosted by Melissa from Breathe Free Yoga & PT, this workshop will teach you basic PT exercises for strength, flexibility, and balance to do at home or at work to keep you healthy and fit.
Melissa Wohlberg has been an Integrative Health Physical Therapist for 14 years and a Yoga Teacher for 3 years. Melissa founded Breathe Free Physical Therapy & Yoga in 2020 to bring her multifaceted approach to rehabilitation to the greater community. She currently runs virtual workshops for Stress Reduction as well Chronic Pain & Arthritis in addition to her individual treatments.
